A large portion of urban water use in China goes to watering landscape. Landscape water can improve the residential quarters of the natural environment, to meet people close to nature and the pursuit of health. Landscape water conservation is an important issue if the problem of having sufficient supplies to meet increasing demand while minimizing environmental impacts is to be addresses. However, common recommendations for addressing landscape water conservation are too simple to deal with the great variability in urban residential landscape. So how could maintain the residential landscape water in healthy state is the problem which must be solves in the landscape water design.
