摘要

Diffuser is an equipment reclaiming energy of primary fan (PF) in shaft.The structure of diffuser is closely correlative to energy degradation ofprimary fan,whereas reasonable inner flow field is related to diffuser structure.On the basis of hydrodynamics,aerodynamics,computational fluid dynamics(CFD),experimental fluid mechanics and other related theories,the paper is in virtue of turbulent mathematics model on airflow streamline in diffuser,andanalyzes boundary conditions for CFD,and simulates flow fields and pressure field corresponding to different diffusers' constructers by FLUENT.Simulatingresults are in accord with spot menstruations.The relation,between reclaiming outflow kinetic energy and energy degradation of diffuser structural resistance,issearched out with summarizing optimized outflow angel and section ratio of diverse diffuser constructers.Furthermore,the paper discloses aerodynamicmechanism about energy conservation and reducing energy consumption of diffuser.In some ways,conclusions can guide the design of optimization diffuser,and have a rather realistic sense and certain extent application virtues on ventilation energy-saving.
