Hot stamping technology of ultrahigh strength steel is the new technology combining the forming with quenching in one working procedure. Taking a part of B pillar as the object, the hot stamping process of ultrahigh strength steel USIBOR1500P was simulated by FEM. The quenching states of sheet quenched by the die were studied, the heat transference between the blank and the die was analysed and the temperature of ultrahigh strength steel sheet during the hot stamping process was simulated, the cooling rate of steel sheet quenched by the die was obtained. Baesed on these researches, the experiments were carried out to study the hot stamping process of ultrahigh strength steel sheet, the successful forming components with satisfied microstructure and strength were obtained.
