The New Trend In MF Organization Change—Research on the MF Networked Organization

Beginning from analysis of evolving process of MF organization, this article puts forward a new concept of "MF networked organization" and explains its connotation. Through concluding the theories of the value network and the networked organization, the theory base on "MF networked organization" is stated clearly. In the end, based on analysis from the aspect of social economical condition, the characters of MF service and MF demand and the needs of reforming MF management regulation, the article comes to a conclusion naturally that MF networked organization is a new trend during the development of MF organization.
