This paper introduces the foundation design of Guangzhou Tongde Garden. Practice has been proved athat rammed pedestal pile and deeply mixed pile with raft foundation are feasible and economic for multi-story buildings. While punched or bored pile is more feasible and economic for high-rise buildings.
