摘要

This article adopts simulation of finite element analysis combines with laboratory tests to explorethe cushion performance of honeycomb board. The finite element modeling methods for honeycomb paperboardstructure were studied, which were solid modeling, defining element attributes, and portioning gridmethod. The flat crush property of the structure was analyzed on the basis of the finite element models. Theresult of finite element analysis is in good coincidence with the experimental result.
