摘要

The main purpose of this study was to develop a modelrnfor meaningful hybrid e-training. Data collected fromrn213 ICT trainers were tested with confirmatory factorrnanalysis using AMOS 7.0 to obtain two best-fitrnmeasurement models for the two latent variables. Overallrnreliability using Alpha-Cronbach test, items and personsrnreliability using the Rasch Model and content validationrnby experts suggested that the questionnaire is reliable andrnvalid to measure a meaningful hybrid e-training program.rnThe results showed that there is a positive strongrnrelationship between hybrid e-training and meaningful etraining.rnIn brief the study showed a substantial effect ofrnhybrid e-training towards achieving meaningful learning.rnIn conclusion, the study suggested that, future trainingrnregarding the use of hybrid e-training should include allrnfive components of a meaningful hybrid e-training insteadrnof merely focusing on content.
