摘要

A refinement of the description of the wet air flow of drying crops is performed on base of the boundaryrnlayer theory of the turbulent flow and application of the Liapounoff stability criterion of the nonequilibriumrnthermodynamics. It is shown, that the floating reference point problem can be adequatelyrntreated and a map of the instability region in the space of possible hydrodynamical states is described.
