The problem of server performance in a contemporary,rnrapidly developed and multi-discipline environment isrnexamined. The administration of the data sources orrnrepositories during the execution of the query planrnbecomes primary interest especially for starting the queryrnserver. A collaborative system between nodes, BasernStations (BSs) and servers is developed and. a new queryrnprocessing method, based on group and query predictionrnmobility (GQM) with Data Mining techniques isrnproposed. Our new approach for GQM with the MergernItemset Algorithm (MIA) can guarantee the “prefetch”rnoperation for the users so that their data will have alreadyrnbeen waiting for them in their next appropriate cell.rnMoreover, new metrics for external queries (queries notrncompleted in the starting servers) estimate therndependency among servers. Finally the server decides forrnthe query decomposition plan including replicationrnschemes, for a group of users so that the data be sentrndirectly to their last cell; diminishing their dependency onrncommunications and seeking additional resources. Thisrnnew integrated approach can contribute a lot to thernserver’s independent or semi autonomous work.rnSimulation results are provided.
