Jay Mahesh is a subsidiary of Spray Engineering Devices Ltd which is a pioneer in the field of energy saving. The plant's mill and boiling house has been configured in such a way that we can achieve steam consumption less than 22% on cane with high pressure boiler. In the last season 2009-10 we achieved the steam consumption 28% on cane with power generation of 4.0 mw. This year we achieved the steam consumption 25% on cane with power generation of 4.5 mw . We achieved this by improving the Rankin cycle & Evaporator's efficiency. Demand on SCP (spray continuous pan) always remained < 13% on cane.
