Production Process of Hot-Rolled DP Steel with the Prepositive UFC

摘要

The flexible production of hot-rolled dual phase steel (DP) with the prepositive ultra fast cooling (UFC) , which is an innovation comparing to the usual postpositive UFC, is researched. The hot rolling trials both in the lab and in industry are carried out to research the effect of cooling process on the mechanical properties and to determine the proper cooling route, The achieved production technology has been applied on CSP-and HSM-line. The results showed that this process is cost-saving and increases the mechanical properties, The production on site is stable.
