3-D Measuring Instruments for Cement Block is a rapid and accurate gauge used to measure the size of cubes, and guarantee the quality of products. The variety of workpieces is 100 X 100 X 100mm~3 and 150X150X 150mm~3. To raise the measuring efficiency, the measuring process is an auto-cycle ,and to raise the measuring accuracy, the relative measuring method is used, and on the other hand, DMI has adopted double cylindrical surface guides and an accurate locating system for workpieces, the measuring results are counted: +-2mm with resolution: 0.1mm, repeating accuracy: +-0.1mm, inspection frequency: ≥600 pieces (within 8 hours).All the data is shown on the screen and stored in the memory of computer.
