Based on the discussion about problems regarding IT system design with modernized power generation, Siemens implemented a new portal solution, which is used at the Guohua headquarters and its power plants. On the basis of this online information center system, Guohua set up an Enterprise Decision-making Center that provides the whole company with real-time data from the individual IT systems.
