The optimization of a magnetic circuit of a magnetic separator

摘要

The paper shows an efficient method of constructive optimization of a magnetic circuit of a magnetic separator. The method starts with the calculation through the Finite Differences Method of the magnetic flux density in the nodes of a rectangular spatial network and it makes a statistic analysis of the magnetic flux potential values according to a partition of the magnetization curve. The method ends with the verification of the thermal stability.
