摘要

An experimental research of influence of different parameters of hydrogen annealing on iron powder quality has been conducted. It was estimated the effect of such parameters as hydrogen flow rate, annealing temperature, reaction interface area, inert gas admixing to a hydrogen. The most valuable results have been obtained by multifuctorial design experiment. Three-factorial test was conducted at industrial scale using conveyor belt furnace of own design. The variable factors were conveyor belt velocity, powder layer height, hydrogen flow rate and average temperature in the heating chamber. Parameters measured (dependable parameters) are carbon and oxygen content. The adequate regressive equation that describes annealing process has been obtained.
