The Mobile Telecommunications in China-Present Status and Development

1.10 Year's Rapid Development Since China carries out reform and open policy,state government treats the telecommunications as a major fundamental facilities and gives them series of favorable policies.From the middle of 1980s,Chinese Telecommunications was beginning a continuous,stable and rapid development.During the seventh 5 years plan,the increase rate of telecommunication services kept about 25%,and even more.For example,the increase rate was 40% in 1991,49.5% in 1992 and 59% in 1993.China has become one of the rapid development countries in the telecommunication sector in the world.
