A Study on Research Scheme for Regional Grid Safety Stability Control System

摘要

Through study and analysis of safety and stability of a regional grid, this paper proposes an implementation scheme of regional safety and stability control system of regional grid that features site adaptability. This scheme can technically avoid safety risks during abnormal change of grid operating mode, improve reliability of regional grid power supply, reduce maintenance cost of protection equipment, and enhance safe and stable operation of grid access system of small hydropower stations.
