This essay discusses a rare incident caused by the fault of A Steel Anchor of Strain Clamp being Pulled Out. We conducted thorough analysis based on the procedure “analysis of root causes, inspection and validation, remedial measures, potential haphazard being eliminated”. Through a series of tests we have guaranteed our remedial practices are in conformity with the theoretical analysis, which could provide some insight to the handling of similar incidents in the future.
