Applying Demand-side Management System to Provide Differential Energy-saving Technical Service for Major Power Consumers

In recent years, power provision companies have implemented various means for quality services, however, they have not yet developed an efficient technical service to facilitate major consumers’ reasonable and scientific power consumption. In view of this, during the development and application of Demand-side Management Analysis and Decision-making System, Zhongshan Power Bureau has conducted a special study on Energy-saving Technical Service, and creatively utilized the system to provide the service for major consumers. This paper, combining the actual situation of Zhongshan Power Bureau, studies the development and application of the differential energy-saving technical service for major customers, client manager system and management, technically creates conditions for customers’ scientific and reasonable electricity consumption, and offers an effective platform to build a conservation-oriented, harmonious society.
