摘要

It was described the light induced currents in thin metal-ferroelectric-metal sandwich system. The effect was observed indoped lithium niobate crystals with two electrodes of different metals. The light induced response includes thephotovoltaic effect and the thermoinduced effect. It was proposed the model of the investigated phenomena resultingfrom field contact potential difference on the borders of section of metal-ferroelectric material.
