Abstract: Several alternative solutions of the inverse problems of quantitative analysis of a wide range of disperse systems by means of elastic light scattering method are discussed. The possibilities are considered for the optimization of the spectroturbidimetric method as a tool in studying of the structurally complex biological and synthetic suspensions with due consideration for the unavoidable restrictions on spectral interval width and the body of a priori information for real systems.!67
