Abstract: The processes of the electron excitation energy transfer between the cation due molecules in aqueous solutions of polyelectrolytes, surfactants were studied. The dependencies of the efficiency of the energy transfer between the dye molecules were received experimentally. We found that the distribution of the interacting molecules in the investigated systems have the fractal character. The fractal dimension of the investigated systems depends on the concentration of surfactants and polyelectrolytes.!8
