摘要

Inventory and ordering control system for three stages is studied using transfer function. An experimental study is shown to give a transfer function of this system using ARMA model. The input of the system is demand and the output is order quantity for the next stage and the level of inventory in the system. Next the system which has lead time and shortage are investigated . It is found that the estimated ARMA coefficients are well fitted to the model and the relation between ARMA degree and characteristic of stages are evident. The length of lead time and the quantity of shortage have an influence on the estimation.
