Panchronic for Active Media

摘要

We introduce "panchronic" in order to increase the communication quality in hypermedia/multimedia system. Our goal contained three objectives. The first one, to introduce a new attribute or criteria of the quality: panchronic. Panchronic is a new metric for MECEM (Metrics for the Communication Evaluation in Multimedia). The second, to present an index similar to a chart with all elements and criterium that we considered necessary into a first stage in order to evaluate the panchronic of hypermedia system "off-line" and "on-line" ―this chart is constantly updated. The third, to present the first results of the evaluation with 20 commercial CD-ROMs.
