On the Optimal Three-tier Multimedia Streaming Services

In this conference paper, we provide a mathematical model for the stream media provider seeking a minimum cost while fulfilled the requirement assumed by a three-tier framework. The proposed model involves a linear objective function subjected to fuzzy relational equations, where the algebraic operations employed are the max-min operations.
