摘要

Adaptive microwave surfaces, or "microwave smart windows", are very similar to their optical counterparts in terms of their behaviour. However, whereas optical smart windows change their colour when an electric field is applied across them, the corresponding microwave devices change their impedance when the stimulus is applied. Removal of the field results in the restoration of the original impedance state. In this article we report the DC and microwave transmission results for two conducting polymer - redox pair - polymer electrolyte composite materials.
