摘要

ECF bleaching sequences of cotton linter pulps with high brightness were studied in this paper. The effects of cotton linter pulp bleachability of various bleaching agents and sequences were tested and discussed. Four bleaching sequences such as DEP, DAP, ODP and OQP were selected and their optimal bleaching conditions were set down. It was indicated that in DEP sequence the brightness of the bleached pulp reached 84.1%ISO, in DAP sequence the brightness of the pulp 86.6 %ISO and in ODP sequence the brightness 88.4%ISO. In OQP sequence, the brightness of the bleached pulps was lower than 71 %ISO which was lower than that we expected. For the above results, it indicted that in ODP sequence the bleaching effects were the best and the pulp brightness reached 88%ISO or above.
