TCF BLEACHING WITH OZONE FOR WHEAT STRAW KRAFT PULP

摘要

It was investigated that the TCF bleaching with ozone being used for bleaching of wheat straw kraft pulp. The results indicated that the brightness of bleached pulp could be achieved 86.9% (SBD), and the viscosity of the pulp was 851ml/g after the AZEYP bleaching sequences. The results show that lignin is the natural protector to carbohydrate, and the ozone delignification is very important and benefit for TCF bleaching.
