Exploration and Practice of the Popularization of Professional Blast Service Modes in Beijing

摘要

It is an internationally accepted method that professional blast services are implemented by blasting companies as well as the direction of development of the management of civil explosives in China. Discussed in this paper are the importance and necessity of the arrangement of explosives when a professional blast service mode is utilized, and the experience which is drawn from practical processes conducted by the police in the Changping District of Beijing. The application of professional blast service modes is helpful to establishing and improving the safety management system of blasting operations, strengthening the management of blasting technology and the process control of blast safety, and reducing the loss of explosives, so that the economic win-win between blast companies and mining enterprises will be achieved.
