摘要

Conventional electroless plating technique was improved for depositing palladium on a ceramic support at present experiment: A alternately rapid sensitizing and activation was performed for many times after the pores were temporarily filled up by a liquid until the inner surface of the ceramic support became grayish during the pretreatment procedure and the reducing agent was added at a certain speed during the plating procedure. Those procedures stabilized the rate of palladium deposition and resulted in a selective Pd-deposition on the inner surface of the support and so a dense ultra-thin palladium film of about 1.3 μm of thickness was successfully prepared. The microstructure ostructure of the composite membrane was evaluated by SEM. Nitrogen can not permeat through the prepared membrane at room temperature.
