摘要

On the basis of non-linear surface heat-transfer coefficient in Fig. 1, the temperature field with non-linear surface heat-transfer coefficients during high speed gas quenching was calculated using finite element technique. In order to avoid effectual "oscillation" in numerical solutions under smaller time step, the Norsette rational approximate method was used. However, it must de emphasized that the couple effect of phase transformation was not taken into account. The results have be shown that in the numerical simulation of temperature during rapid cooling, the rational approximation can avoid effectual "oscillation" of numerical solutions under smaller time step.
