Abstract: Over the last ten years, neutron reflectivity has emerged as a powerful technique for the investigation of surface and interfacial phenomena in many different fields. In this paper, a short review of some of the work on neutron reflectivity form polymer films performed at NIST reactor is presented. Specific examples of ordering in diblock copolymer films as well adsorbed polymer brushes are presented.!28
