Winreks-A Computer Program for the Reciprocal Lattice Reconstruction From a SET of Electron Diffractograms

It is relatively easy to obtain good quality electron diffraction patterns using electron microscope. It is usually the first step before obtaining HRTEM images. The diffractograms carry information about crystal symmetry, lattice parameters and ordering effects -superstructure or modulation. However, for the reliable conclusions concerning all these features, a set of several or even more then en coherent (i.e. coming from the same crystallite) difractograms is necessary. Reflections recorded should span a satisfactory part of the reciprocal lattice. In such a case an iterpretation of the series of diffractograms becomes difficult and demands a computer aid.
