摘要

This overview illustrates that conducting polymers are very attractive, versatile materials suitable for the generation of various immunologically-based and DNA-sensors. The presented overview show that electrochemical affinity sensor based on molecularly imprinted polypyrrole could have a great potential for direct electrochemical sensing-based affinity biosensors. The development of new affinity sensors with improved characteristics based on nanostructured and biologically functionalized polymers is currently in progress .
