摘要

In this study a demonstration of monitoring microcatchment by using 1m high-resolution IKONOS satellite data two times within 2 years in a sample Kiziloz microcatchment located Malatya provinces. Two dataset are used for determination of land-use change detection respectively in 2002 and 2004. Determinations of the change detection two different method were used. Firstly, NDVI value is determined and classified in two different images and secondly, land-use classification applied to both images. Here, supervised maximum-likelihood classification techniques were used. Change detection applied between two different time series data after determination of NDVI and classification. Some special area which has different erosion control techniques were calculated and analyzed by NDVI. Our aim is the figure out the monitoring a microcatchment is economically, fast and gathering most actual information by using satellite remote sensing data. Fastly, changing on land use also can be determined via remote sensing data. Satellite images will be main support data on designing microcatchment security control systems.
