摘要

The paper presents an implementation of flexible scheduling system for job shop flow control. The system was built with the holonic idea of a distributed, partially autonomic modules (holons) responsible for resources, production and orders. The scheduling in the system is done dynamically as new orders arrive. To improve the efficiency of the system a specialised scheduling holon was created that can generate an approximate production plan for the nearest future. The system can also work with the plan provided by the ERP. Then, it acts as a dynamic shop floor control extension to ERP.
