摘要

Results of triaxial test indicates that,due to low porosity,asphalt concrete used in hydraulic engineering has obvious lateral effect and smaller volume change,and takes on shear-swell characteristics.It has the typical characteristics of visco-elastic-plastic.Considering its creep properties,the paper do finit analysis on Maopingxi rockfill dam in Three-Gorges Project with elastoplastic coupling,on the deformation theory of hysteresis,using the indoor triaxial test data. The calculated results are quite agree with the monitoring data at low water level.Besides,the analysis on the stress-strain relationship of asphalt concrete indicates that hydraulic fracture will not happen at high water level,and the dam is safe.
