In this paper, We investigate the performance of interleaved BCH (63,39,4) Code with different interleaving degree applied to a typical VHF mobile fading channel which was modeled by [6] in Johannesburg, South Africa when the subcarrier modulation are FSK 300bits/s, DPSK 1200bits/s, QPSK 2400bits/s and 8PSK 4800bits/s respectively .The research is carried out at two different vehicle speed of 40km/h and lOOkm/h. Some important and significant results for the designs of the error control system in the VHF digital mobile fading channel have been presented.
