ENVIRONMENT RESUME AND ZOOLOGY REBUILDING OF DIGGINGS IN WEISHAN LAKE

The region of Weishan lake, as the state preserved wetland in China, is put in the list of tourist sights under the intensified protection of Shandong province. The region also provides the basic resource for local people. The construction of Huxi coal mine destroys large area of greenland and occupies much farmland. In addition, the pollution of surface water, soil and air resulting from coal mining will impair the balance of nature. Based on the feature of the region and ecological environment, we can make full use of the natural resources of the region. The author also examines and evaluates the conditions of environment and predict future pollution of the coal mine. The thesis introduces the ecosystem engineering approach, analyzes the problems evoked by coal mining, puts forward some approaches of pollution control and minimizing pollution through planting trees and grass, establishing greenland orchard etc, to restore ecosystem of the region. In today society, resource, environment, disaster and population are four big problems of social development. It is an important task for China to explore and employ mineral and land resources, protect environment, maintain ecological balance, and ensure sustainable development of mining industry. China economy is developing at a high speed at present. It is important to learn the experience and lessons from developed countries, which polluted the environment in the early stage and had to control pollution later. We must follow the strategy of sustainable development to meet the need of both present and development. In this way, the objective of economic development and protection of natural resources and environment can be met. Therefore, it is a priority to protect the environment and restore ecology as well as realize the harmonious development of society, economy and environment.
