Telemedicine using small satellite meo/hicat for international medical communications

摘要

Here is described the effectiveness of communication between medical facilities using satellite, in particular of international medical communications targeted to communications between medical practitioners. Communications between these facilities are characterized by low call originaton count, the range of the radio station is relatively large, and the communication time is relatively long. We belive an example of MEO is shown in consideration of this feature.
