Optical cable remote precise monitoring is a long-term problem to be solved in power system. As the main bearing medium of long-distance signal transmission, the monitoring level directly determines the stability of power system lines. Optical fiber is easy to be affected by external interference, which causes the change of internal characteristics. Traditional methods generally use OTDR monitoring technology to determine the location and cause of optical fiber fault, but the monitoring accuracy of single parameter will be reduced, especially in the face of complex external environment. It is easy to cause line switching misoperation due to misjudgment. This paper designs a multi parameter optical fiber monitoring system and data analysis platform based on big data. Through the reasonable definition and orderly management of data structure and processing mode, the software and hardware architecture, functions and services of the system are studied and designed one by one. The comprehensive supervision and data service of optical cable resources on the same platform are realized, which greatly improves the resource management of optical cable operation and maintenance personnel Efficiency.
