Natural calamity is considered as one of the most significant research subject worldwide. Subsequently after disasters, the need for resilient communication rises and constantly fluctuates due to altering environmental situations and demand from public. At the present time, Cloud has been appeared as the most extensively used environment for providing services to the users. Cloud offers services which are available on pay per use model and on-demand. One of the important processes of such systems is Scheduling. The present work focuses on task based resource scheduling and used Precedence Scheduling Algorithm (PSA) to get non-stop cloud services.
