With the rapid development of informatization and intelligent technology, companies need to continuously acquire new knowledge in order to improve their innovation performance, but the knowledge that a single company has is limited, and the organizational learning within the company can no longer meet the development needs of the company. Optimizing the learning process of enterprises has become a continuing problem. Therefore, based on the theory of network embeddedness and dynamic capability theory, this article introduces dynamic learning capabilities into the dual network embeddedness and innovation performance impact mechanism, using 407 survey data from export-oriented manufacturing companies in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and adopting multi-level regression and structural equations. Method to conduct empirical test to analyze the dynamic learning process of enterprises. The research results show that dynamic learning ability plays a mediating role in the influence of dual network embeddedness and innovation performance. This conclusion can provide a useful reference for export-oriented manufacturing companies in the process of embedding in local and overseas networks to solve the problems arising from the process of acquiring external knowledge and transforming it into the company's own knowledge.
