Occupational Community and MA Performance: A Moderated Mediation Model

摘要

Based on the common tenure of the general manager and the chief financial officer, a unique professional community measure for senior executives was constructed in this paper, taking the Chinese listed companies that successfully completed mergers and acquisitions in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2016 as samples. The conclusions of this study enrich the research on the background of the senior management team and the M&A performance of listed companies, provide richer empirical evidence for guiding companies to correctly understand the relationship between senior management.
