The article presents the procedure for solving a comlex computational scientific problem and visualization of the obtained results. The effect of the magnetic field was taken into account in calculations. This procedure is a clear example of mutual integration and combination of own developed software and existing specialized mathematical editors. The article demonstrates the advantages of developed specialized software for interactive graphics and physical visualization at the basic initial stage. The results of theoretical research in this article can be useful for experimental.
