摘要

The experiment on boiling crisis from thin particle porous layers in a vacuum state is conducted and the phenomena are videotaped. The effects of system vacuity and structure parameters on the critical heat flux (CHF) of the particle porous layer are revealed. Based on the observed boiling crisis phenomena, the evaporator model of porous-wall micro-thermosyphon with a liquid reservoir is employed to analyze vapour-liquid two-phase flow within micro-pore channels of the porous layer in a critical boiling state. By synthesizing experimental data, a correlation for predicting the CHF of the thin particle porous layer in a vacuum state is established.
