摘要

In this time, the informatization achievement means whether the competitive power is strong or not .Because of the fast changing market and the increasing pressure of competition, the evaluation of real estate enterprise appears especially important. So, this paper has mainly solved the problem of the evaluation of the real- estate-enterprise informatization performance. It constructs a new indicator system from a new angle of view and separates the input indicators from the output indicators. At the same time, it proposes an evaluation model for real estate enterprise informatization performance based on composite data envelopment analysis(CDEA).The new model overcomes the disadvantage of the existing evaluation methods which can only carry on the arrangement for the rankings of the decision units’ validity, but unable to provide the suggestion of improvement direction for inefficient DUMs. According to the results of this method, the enterprises can easily discover their weaknesses in the informatization construction and allocate the information resources more reasonably. Finally, this paper compares 8 real estate enterprises’ informatization performance using the method of composite data envelopment analysis, analyzes the comparing results and proposes improvement programs for all the inefficient DUMs.
