Research on Investment Effect Evaluation Model of Urban Transport Infrastructure Based on VE

摘要

On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the investment effect of urban transport infrastructure based on VE, the investment effect evaluation model of urban transport infrastructure was established. After that, the detailed identifying methods of function and life cycle cost in the evaluation model were discussed and the evaluation standard of the investment effect was put forward. Eventually some problems need be solved and improvement suggestions in the application of this model were pointed out. This research will provide one effective decision-making tool for urban transport infrastructure planning and investment.
