Study about Implementing Agent-construction System on Government Investment Project in Beijing

摘要

At present, the study on agent-construction system is becoming a hot topic. In this paper, the author first presents the general situation about implementing agent-construction system on government investment project in Beijing; then analyzes main problems during implementing agent-construction system on government investment project; finally, the author puts forward concrete countermeasures on setting up and perfecting agent-construction system on government investment project in Beijing, which includes that: (1)draw up and perfect related laws and rules on implementing agent-construction system; (2)set up and perfect government and social supervision systems on agent-construction system; (3) set up appraisal index system on the scheme of agent-construction project and performance evaluation system to agent-construction company; (4)set up specialized construction management institute of government investment project and actively cultivate engineering general contractors and engineering project management institutes.
