Constructing the Demand Model for Commercial Housing in the Housing Price Fluctuation Period

摘要

The housing price fluctuation influences the healthy development of real estate industry directly. So studying quantitative relationship between each influencing factor and the commercial housing demand quantity is advantageous for macroeconomic regulation and economic development. By analyzing the important relations of various factors, and analyzing the relationship between various variables and the demand function by using econometrics method and software, the paper has obtained commercial housing demand function model in the housing price fluctuation period. And carrying on the confirmation with methods of efficiency, error, goodness and significance, the result conforms to the economic law and all kinds of test.
